TurboSub provides video subtitle transcription, multilingual translation, and optional hardsub (burned-in subtitle) rendering. Pricing is shown on our website and confirmed before work begins.

When you submit an order or sample request, our team reviews it manually. We confirm the final price, scope, and delivery format before starting paid work. Payment terms are agreed at that stage.

You keep full ownership of your videos and finished subtitle files. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to share it with us for subtitle work and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

We treat client videos and project details as confidential. We do not publish, resell, or reuse your content for marketing without your permission. Files are removed from our systems after delivery unless you arrange ongoing work with us.

We aim for high accuracy and natural, readable subtitles. If something in the delivered files does not match what we agreed, contact us promptly—we will work with you to resolve reasonable issues.

Because each project is custom, refunds are handled case by case. If you have a concern about delivered work, reach out to us first at support@turbosub.agency. We prefer to fix problems rather than leave clients unhappy.

Please do not misuse the website (for example, attempting to disrupt our systems or submitting unlawful content). We may decline or cancel orders that violate these terms or applicable law.

TurboSub provides subtitle production services. We are not responsible for how you publish or distribute finished videos on third-party platforms. Our liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Using our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
